PS: The making of this “subURBAN” pic was an adventure to say the least. Easily the most drunken, disasterous yet hilarious photo shoot ever done. The final result is amazing but the outtakes are probably just as good. There were shotguns, .357 Smith & Wessons hand guns, chainsaws, powersaws being used on frozen turkeys and plenty of cheap vodka involved. Sorry if some are offensive. Actually we’re not sorry at all. The rest of the shots are here, enjoy!

Come to The Robusto Room on the first Friday of every month at 8pm for “Ink to Oil”, an art exhibit featuring oil paintings from Denver’s top tattoo artists.
For our very first event this Friday (12/4) at 8pm we are very proud to feature an iconic Denver tattoo artist, William Thidemann. William, formerly of Think Tank Tattoo, and now co-owner of Kaze Gallery with another Denver icon, Sandi Calistro. William has been an accomplished painter since 1988 and an internationally recognized tattoo artist since 1994. He has been published in countless national Tattoo books and magazines and is also a contributing writer for Prick Magazine. He is one of the most highly regarded tattoo artists in Denver and his oil paintings are just as impressive.

Bringing the ‘party’ to the party is DJ Soup. Recently awarded The Westword’s Best Non-Traditional DJ for 2008 for his indie-dance-rock-electro-hip-hop combinations that has secured his DJ residencies at the venerable Lipgloss and The Shag.
